Maybe the solution is to buy Wirtland project from the founders? If we can find 200-250 citizens, each to contribute 1000 dollars. So we collect the necessary sum.

  Why not just ask the owner(s) to appoint an interim government and then donate the country to the citizens of Wirtland?
